Packed beds used in absorption columns are evaluated to determine whether they can also be beneficial for cake‐forming filtrations. To assess this, model systems are characterized and separated by using a dead‐end filter cell. Filtrations are conducted with different packings; the filtrate amount over time and resulting turbidity are evaluated. Packings increase the filter cake resistance and the separation time of the cakes formed with approximately incompressible solids. However, they exhibit a positive effect on the filtration of a more complex, compressible substance; the process is not only accelerated, but also the quality of the obtained filtrate is not compromised. These results demonstrate potential in the use of packed beds for the filtration of complex biogenic suspensions.  相似文献

In this work, a gelatin (Gel)‐oxidized gellan gum (OG)/amino hydroxyapatite (mHap) hybrid hydrogel with Schiff base linkages is reported. The mHap is obtained by modifying hydroxyapatite with tetraethyl orthosilicate and 3‐aminopropyl‐triethoxysilane. The effects of different mHap contents on the structure, morphology, and properties of hydrogels are particularly investigated. Scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersion spectroscopy reveals that mHap of around 100 nm is uniformly distributed inside the hydrogel with interconnected porous structures. Notably, the hydrogel with 1 wt% mHap possesses the highest compressive stress (2.01 ± 0.10 MPa) at 90% strain, as well as the lowest equilibrium swelling ratio (97% ± 5%) and degradation rate than other hydrogels. Besides, an ultra‐high compressive stress equivalent to 91% of the initial stress can be obtained by this hydrogel after 50 loading‐unloading cycles (85% strain). Meanwhile, after being swollen, this improved hydrogel also exhibits better structural stability than Gel‐OG hydrogel. The in vitro 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay further shows that all hydrogels are nontoxic against mouse fibroblasts. This work provides a biomimetic strategy to construct the organic/inorganic hydrogels with excellent interactions, elasticity, reversibility, and biocompatibility, which is of great importance for the practical applications in cartilage tissue engineering.  相似文献

Opioids are the drugs of choice in severe pain management. Unfortunately, their use involves serious, potentially lethal side effects. Therefore, efforts in opioid drug design turn toward safer and more effective mechanisms, including allosteric modulation. In this study, molecular dynamics simulations in silico and ‘writhing’ tests in vivo were used to characterize potential allosteric mechanism of two previously reported compounds. The results suggest that investigated compounds bind to μ opioid receptor in an allosteric site, augmenting action of morphine at subeffective doses, and exerting antinociceptive effect alone at higher doses. Detailed analysis of in silico calculations suggests that first of the compounds behaves more like allosteric agonist, while the second compound acts mainly as a positive allosteric modulator.  相似文献

基于双边市场理论,分析了垄断的云制造平台在收取会员费和交易费模式下的最优定价策略,并利用数值仿真分析了两种收费模式下平台最优利润的差异。结果表明:两种模式下的单边最优定价均与缴费方的自网络外部性系数和免费方的交叉网络外部性系数负相关,与免费方用户数量正相关,双边最优定价受各参数影响方向取决于供需方各参数的相对大小;单边定价对象为用户数量相对较多一方,平台两边用户数量相对平衡时,单边最优定价等于双边最优定价,双边定价时的平台最优利润高于单边定价;最优定价策略由平台内交易次数决定,交易次数较多时双边收取交易费模式更优,交易次数较少时双边收取会员费更优,交易次数临界值取决于平台内网络效应和用户数量。  相似文献

Asymmetric supercapacitors (ASCs) are emerging as a new class of energy storage devices that could potentially meet the increasing power and energy demand for next‐generation portable and flexible electronics. Yet, the energy density of ASC is severely limited by the low capacitance of the anode side, which commonly uses the carbon‐based nanomaterials. Here, the demonstration of sulfur‐doped MoO3?x nanobelts (denoted as S‐MoO3?x) as the anode for high‐performance fiber‐shaped ASC are reported. The Mo sites in MoO3 are intentionally modulated at the atomic level through sulfur doping, where sulfur could be introduced into the MoO6 octahedron to intrinsically tune the covalency character of bonds around Mo sites and thus boost the charge storage kinetics of S‐MoO3?x. Moreover, the oxygen defects are occurring along with sulfur‐doping in MoO3, enabling efficient electron transport. As expected, the fiber‐shaped S‐MoO3?x achieves outstanding capacitance with good rate capability and long cycling life. More impressively, the fiber‐shaped ASC based on S‐MoO3?x anode delivers extremely high volumetric capacitance of 6.19 F cm?3 at 0.5 mA cm?1, which makes it promising as one of the most attractive candidates of anode materials for high‐performance fiber‐shaped ASCs.  相似文献

Polyamide 6 (PA6)-based composites are of evolving interest due to its high strength, wear resistance, and barrier properties. The use of binary composites mostly with nanomaterial and glass fibers has been reviewed and presented in literature. However to obtain a balance of properties like stiffness, toughness, and strength along with cost reduction, ternary composites of PA6 have been designed. To achieve the balance, PA6 blend-based composites, with combination of microfiller/nanofiller or PA6 with combination micro-microfiller, PA6 with microfiller/nanofiller and fiber have been designed. The properties of PA6-based ternary hybrid composites depend on type of dispersed phase used, presence of compatibilizer, type of filler used (nanofiller or microfiller or fiber or hybrid) and combination of fillers used. However, a review in this direction is not available in literature. Here, in this study, an overall understanding of various fillers, dispersed phase, and their combinations can be understood along with the discussion on effect of these on tensile properties and morphology of hybrid composite. In this study, an attempt has been made to review the various fillers and dispersed phase and their combinations which have been used in designing the PA6 hybrid composite with good balance of stiffness, toughness, and strength.  相似文献

The aim of this article is to design a suitable strength function g(t,x,r(t)) such that the Wiener noise g(t,x(t),r(t))dw(t) either stabilizes or destabilizes a given nonlinear and time‐varying hybrid system . To this end, the basic properties, including the existence and uniqueness of the local and global solutions and the nonzero property of solutions of the nonlinear and time‐varying hybrid stochastic systems, are first investigated as the theoretical basis of the article. Second, two theorems and the corresponding corollaries on the stability and instability of the hybrid stochastic systems are established. Third, the design method for the noise strength g(t,x,r(t)) is then proposed based on the established theorems. We also point out that the Markov jump r(t) may have a stabilizing (respectively, destabilizing) effect when we design the noise strength g(t,x,r(t)) so that the introduced noise g(t,x(t),r(t))dw(t) stabilizes (respectively, destabilizes) the corresponding hybrid system. Finally, we illustrate our method using two examples. Compared with the existing literature, our method is suitable for a wider class of nonlinear and time‐varying systems with weaker conditions than quasi‐linear systems.  相似文献
